My favorites here are #17 on the lunch menu- consists of small bowl of lentil soup and a bowl of lukewarm rice noodles topped with lettuce, cucumber, mock meat strips, peanuts and a few piping hot spring rolls on top and a hot sweet & sour sauce on side- super light and satisfying.Their spring rolls are the best I've ever had anywhere, they need no sauces. I always, always have a heaven rice roll, which is a cold rice paper veggie wrap (lettuce, tofu, taro, basil, carrot) with a peanut sauce dip. And last but not least- a 7 Flavors Salad, which is a cole slaw, red & green cabbage, red pepper, fresh basil, cilantro (sometimes spearmint leaves), mock meat strips, peanut, tossed with a sweet & sour hot sauce. Dinner- the Moo Shoo vegetable, the Veg Hot Pot & Seaweed soup (very light and easy even for non seaweed lovers) are my recommends. What I especially love is that garlic & onions are not in the food. They've recently added a few dishes with them, I believe.
