Customer Service at this location was poor. I drove up before two big trucks did and was in line first and was totally ignored and over looked. My car wasn't totally vacuumed, the dash and doors still had untouched dust on them when I pulled out and I paid $16 for this service. I haven't been here for years because of the same service and it looks like they pick and choose who gets good service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EITHER!

The service was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great service, asked for my name and used it in conversation. Fantastic options in the store include a computer station, game station, 4 tv's, massage chair, duncan donuts, snack bar, everything and more I could need. Car wash was good.

David and his crew at Superstar Car Wash did a FANTASTIC job of making things right.

Kevin the detail manager who explained to me what would be done for my car and told me to drop it off and he would call when it was done. When I came back it took about 3 hours I was more than happy and even my air vents looked spotless. I will definitely come back and get another detail done on my other vehicle. The only complaint I had was the cashiers inside were not very knowledgeable about how to ring it up and had to call Michael into the store to clarify things for the lady. I think her name was Vonka or Veronda and she was very rude and short tempered as if me getting such a good deal was a problem for her. I will come back to this location for years to come if I get this kind of service every time I come in. Thanks to Superstar Michael and Kevin and the workers you guys do great work.

It was very nice, the service was thorough and neat and we were quickly attended to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I spilled a coke on the passenger seat of my car last week and stained it. I was very upset because I love my car and the seat looked awful. Someone told me to take it to Super Star Car Wash at 1615 N. 99th Ave., Phoenix 85035. They shampooed all my seats and carpets for only $69.95. They did a great job. Next time I will have them Hand Wax the outside of the car because it's starting to look dull. They did a test spot for me and showed me how good it will look. All the employees treated me very well.

i took my car in for an oil change & was given a complimentary basic detail (wash, vacuum)....the oil change went well....nice people, good job, done in about 20 min.

30 bucks for a full service wash and oil change I am sold. Good deal. Whats even more awesome is the coupons you can get in the paper, online, and after the wash. The lube shop is quick, and they wont try to sell you unecessary things. The free full service car wash is a plus. Why would anyone go to a stand alone lube shop when they can come here and get an awesome wash and a oil change and not spend 2 hours.

I really dont understand why there are many negative reviews on this car wash. i have been going to this car wash almost every other week for over a year and have had very good luck with it. I have almost always used the basic interior/exterior wash, and the car has come out very clean. I have also used some of their detailing services, such as interior shampoo, headlight restore, full exterior buff, etc., with great results every time.

Just picked up my Tahoe after dropping it off to get detailed. I was amazed when I picked it up. When I dropped it off it had about a years worth of food and drink that my two kids have dropped or spilled since the last detail. I couldn't believe how clean these guys got the carpet. The entire vehicle looked almost as if it were brand new and its 6 years old. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be going back. They exceeded my expectations.

I recently went in to get a quick outside wash of my car and I was approached by a employee who told me they had great fathers day specials going on and he could give me a great deal and 2 of the best full service washes for free. It sounded too good to be true so I was hesitant but I backed out of the express lane and pulled into the full service lane. The young man was Michael Bundy and he lived up to his word. He set me up with the Fathers day special and even knocked off an additional 50 dollars to earn my business. I was given the mega star wash and he the put a full detail for everything on the inside of my car and shampoo and leather treatments and a wax onto a giftcard and set it up so I could come back when it was dirty on the outside again and get another free mega star wash when I came back to redeem the gift card. I figured it would be some kind of hassle when I wanted to get all the detail done but when I came back a week later Mr Bundy was there and introduced me to Kevin

Superstar really has the WOW FACTOR! Today was the first time I have used Superstar Car Wash and I was very, very pleased, so I'm giving them 5 stars. My car looked great once they they were finish. With a friendly & highly motivated staff I drove off feeling like a Rock, I mean Superstar! I'll be back!

Everyone was very professional and kept their word.

I love coming to this car wash. The guys are nice and the wash is thorough and cheap!
