There is not much to say, except that we are having another pool company come to our house to fix all of the crappy work that was done on our existing pool. The kool decking is now hotter than our cement, and crumbing in chunks into the pool. The expansion joint strips are curling up and we have to remove them, the caulking is coming off, the pool looks worse than it did before. No we are not happy, nor does the company respond. They did once in the beginning, but said this is normal. Be careful where you spend your money!! Look around!

We won, hands down, on having the worst pool due to any algae buildup. The algae, a brown/mustard color, had penetrated the plaster walls so badly, the pool looked like a swamp, even though the chlorine, etc were reading perfectly. Superior came over, and did a test to see if it could be cleaned up before I even invested any time or expense. The pool was emptied, acid and chlorine washed, sand in the filter changed and started up with the correct chemicals, all within 5 days and at a more than resonable price. Superior also came over daily for approximately 10 days to test the chlorine, ph, alkalinity, and make sure I was doing everything correctly. They even called a week later to make sure the readings were right. This company is wonderful. Their staff is the best. They truly care. There was no way they were going to think their job was done after they were paid. I do not write reviews. This is my first and I did it because I have been totally, 100% satisified with Superior.

My husband and I had Superior Pools do the new pebble sheen and cool decking on our existing pool, along with new tile. Their price was good, or so we thought at the time. After the work was complete, we had a nice two tone pebble sheen pool. The color was one blue for the pool, and the patch work around the pop ups is another color of blue. To compensate for the crappy work, they gave us and installed mosaic dolphins so the eye would go to the dolphin versus their screw up. Needless to say, everyone sees the two different colors.The caulking along the bottom of the tile was coming off so they send someone out, and he did a patch job. We have cracks in the new cool decking, but they say that if there was a previous crack, then another crack will happen. These aren't cracks, the cool decking is crumbling. The expansion joints are raising up and breaking off, and I now hate to even go out and look at the pool, as I will find another chunk of cool decking falling off.We will be pur
