I needed several sunscreens fixed and replaced, as well as a sliding patio screen door replaced on my rental property. Mr. Mark Castle, owner of Sunscreens by Mark, came to my rental property in a very timely manner, provided us with great education on his materials and their benefits, and gave excellent suggestions that fit the specific needs of my property. He and his team then built and installed the sliding door and the stationary for the patio, which now looks great, providing shading and privacy. They also fixed the sunscreens that the previous owner of the property had neglected for years. A couple of days after his work, Mr. Castle called me to inquire if the patio door and the sunscreens were working well and the answer was, of course, yes. I recommend Sunscreens by Mark to everyone who needs an ethical and high quality business!

This guy is the greatest!

I had Mark come out to the house to give me an estimate and some suggestions on patio roll down shades, window sun screens and a security screen door.

He noticed that my gate wasn’t closing and latching at all and was concerned for my dogs. Not to mention we have a pool in the yard as well.

He said “I have the tools in my truck to make this gate work properly”

After about 30 minutes a little grinding, steel cutting, tapping and tighten of the hardware and automatic gate closer….It was working better than new!!!



The thing that amazed me the most was, when I asked “How much do I owe you?”…..He smiled, and said…..”No Charge”….it was an easy fix for me.

How are you going to top that?
