The No Show below is not true and is a complete make-believe fabrication by loverleep who was clearly having a bad day.



To begin with, it was HIS warranty company that gave us a wrong address. They mixed up the East-side for West-side.



As soon as we figured this out through his warranty company (which takes time) we called and told loverleep the problem and that we would be there in about 1 hour simply because it would take that long to travel through the busy afternoon traffic across town.



Well, loverleep decided that since s/he was having such a bad day that day s/he would stop the service call, ask for a different company which his warranty company could not provide until the next day and blame everything on us.



It is very sad when one human sad being having a bad day can slander a whole company that is and has been very commited to taking care of their customers with as much care as humanly possible.



Shame on you loverleep!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. This was a dispatch error sending the technician to the Westside of the Valley instead of the Eastside. But you were informed of this and that we would be late but still be there the same day. In fact we would of been there only 1 hr latter then originally told.You would not have needed to wait until the next day for air conditioning.We understand the emergency situation to have no a/c with the extreme temperatures in Phoenix.

This was a dispatch error. The service van was sent to correct address but Westside instead of Eastside. We would have been only one hour later than the original appt time, but the customer chose to wait for a different company the following day.

No Show

Called Thursday, gave us window of 11-3 on Friday, called numerous times always "on their way." The first time they called us, couldn't find house - we're on eastside, they were on westside. Said they'd be right over (10-15 minute drive). After an hour, we called and they decided to do another house closer. 2 hours later, we called again and they were way down in the south. At 4:00, I called them and canceled. They knew right away who we were, even though I'd never called them before (my wife did all the calling prior). Called Just Air and they told us Sat, between 9-11 and we asked if they could come sooner, please do. They called Sat morning at 7:15 and said they'd be here in 20 minutes and were here on the dot. My wife, 10 year old, and dog were miserable an extra day because of this company. Company needs to improve their communication and be honest. I understand we are all extremely busy and overworked, especially in the current economic conditions, but there are just too many co
