I needed to find a dry cleaners close by and with a drive though. So I specifcally used Summit for this reason, as I am handicapped and it is difficult getting in and out of the car.



Today I pulled up to pick up some cleaning and there was one man ahead of me, picking up his cleaning at the desk. As he finished his transaction, I noticed a woman coming around the building with a very large basket of clothes but I had assumed I would be next, as I was clearly in view, parked right in front of the pick-up/drop-off area. The attendant totally ignored me and the woman began to unload her shirts, one at a time. Knowing this was going to take too long, I struggled to get out of my car, walk to the window and ask if I had been forgotten. The attendant looked up and smiled and continued to take this woman's laundry of about 25 shirts. I had to wait.



I'm clearly disappointed and will be finding a new place to give my business.
