If I could rate this business with zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever!! Brought in my Cadillac to have a stereo/navigation installed, 2 amps and 4 speakers/ 2 woofers. In the process of installing the stereo, something was disconnected/wires cut/not installed correctly, as all of my gauges are now not reading. The car won't drive (I think it is a security feature). Nothing was mounted (stereo/amps). Amps were installed incorrectly, tweeters were blown because of how they connected the amps. When I came back, he said that there was nothing wrong with the car when I took it and wouldn't take responsibility. I paid $500 cash for the most unprofessional installation and now I have to take it to another installation place to have it done correctly and will have to take it to the dealership to see what was done to make all of my gauges/security system not work. I would never take my business here again and recommend that people think twice about patronizing this business.
