I had a real world comparison, when over the holidays, I was forced to take my car and my laptop in. What a difference in customer service! My car was going to be dropped off for a $0.50 cents replacement part to get my left side signal working again and my laptop was blank – yep, one of those blue screen of death situations. Did you know that SPSI had a A+ rating for the Better Business Bureau? What a difference from what I experienced from Meineke, who truly earned their F rating.Since the bottom has dropped out of my industry, I haven’t been able to afford to replace my laptop. I have to resort to getting it repaired when it goes out. What a relief, to turn my laptop over to these guys and KNOW, ~ that the problem would be dug out and fixed no matter what it was, and that my information was secured and safe. I had signed up for one of their special rate programs, which would have been an excuse in other locations to ignore my compute too. Thank you for your great work!
We came in with an older computer 13DEC10, no longer under warranty. Honest people that they are they saw that our monitor was the problem and had an old CRT that worked perfectly for us! No Charge! When we get our new computer this will be the first place it comes to as they offer a tune up to remove 'advertizeing'. A true 5 star in my book. When you get there don't forget to get a business card as the number Dex gives is for counting purposes as Dex connects you.
This company was very helpful. They resolved a few issues that i have used this company several times over the years and once again they resolved my computer issues. I would recommend.
Very pleased with the service at SPSI. My hard drive crashed and I needed my data. Several places told me it was unretrievable, but these guys were able to get. Highly recommend.
I started coming to these specialists almost 15 years ago, back in the old Win 95 days. The outstanding customer support provided was THE driving decision for my Toshiba purchase choice every time it came to upgrading my laptop. I made a huge mistake in purchasing a Fujitsu and extended warranty from Fry�s Electronics. That was a bad experience. I decided to return to the ole� faithful workhorse Toshiba, purchased a Qosmio from Frys
I hadn't heard about this company until I called Toshiba to have my laptop repaired. This place is a hidden treasure. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and not make feel like a complete idiot. I was in need of some protection from viruses on top of my mechanical issues. They helped me download and setup the Anitvirus software. I got my laptop back after just 4 days in great condition. My unit was repaired under warranty, but I was pleasantly surprised at their reasonable rates, for when my warranty runs out. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.
