Wow! I am SO Happy I FINALLY found a Good, Quality Conscious, #Professional, "Airless Paint Pump Repair Shop" in Phoenix Arizona that is also a "Veteran Owned Business" ( #VOB ) ! ... Previously, I had searched All over and made the mistake of going to and leaving my #Speeflo Classic Twin Paint Pump with not one, but Two... other shops who lied to me and were than Professional and out for nothing more than to Separate me from my hard earned dollars. Professionalism prevents me from naming names here, but, be warned... One of the shops is on the #WestSide ... not only were they 'put-out' when I brought them business, (because I had the audacity to roll my pump in their door 20 min before closing on a Friday), they led me to believe that They made the repairs at Their Shop, when, in Fact, they sent my pump to a shop up in #NorthCentralPhoenix where I Definitely would Never go because I had previously had a Bad experience with That shop And... had I wanted 'Them' to make the repairs, I would have gone there Directly... my pump was returned to me in Pieces... Without Repair and Without all the parts After they had kept it for a Week.... making excuse that it would take about $500 to repair which is what I expected and was Willing to pay, yet they said they were unsure it would even work after investing that much into it. Geesh! - The Other 'shop' is way on the #South #EastSide of town... They kept my pump for TWO Weeks with One call at the end of the first week, again with an estimate of about $500, to which I agreed and was Willing to pay, yet I received NO Call re Status of inspection/testing the following week... so I went to 'visit' my pump which had Just been lined up to be worked on the Following week! Sorry, Not soon enough, Two weeks without looking at it was Too much and More than reasonable on my part, (I thought), so I took it Home... - There's No Telling How Much Money, Time, Effort & Sleepless Nights these two 'shops' have cost me. - After a bit more research, I called "Spraco, Inc", where Fortunately, Pat Scheiffele answered the phone and after a brief conversation, I determined that he had been repairing pumps for some 47 Years and that HE was the Professional I had been seeking all along, so I hurried up and got myself & my pump over to him right away, where further conversation after meeting Pat confirmed for me that He is a consummate professional in All that he does.. No wonder Pat is #FactoryAuthorized to repair #Graco, #Speeflo, #Airlessco, #Spraytech and more. - Pat is a #SpecialForces #ColdWar #Veteran, #Patriot and Family man with Grandchildren. When You do business with Pat at "Spraco, Inc" you will be impressed by Pat's friendly and caring demeanor And... you can rest assured that Your business will be appreciated and will make a difference in the lives of his wife & family, because theirs is a Family Business... when you come to this shop, Pat's Family Cares for You... you are Not dealing with some uncaring, 'faceless', heartless Corporation.
