They were OnTime well priced and really have taken care of us every time we have called. They are a small company so it helps to give them some advance notice. But what I like more then anything is they don't tell me 15min and show up 3 hours later, they tell me from the start an honest estimate of how long, sometimes it's 15 min sometimes it's 45 min but I know up front so I have the choice. Honesty is a hard thing to find these days but I found it here

I took ride in many taxi when moving around in Phoenix. The cost always changed from one to the next. I was happy man the day I meet Paul. I only ride with Speedy Taxi. $2 per mile and just honest nice people

I've used a lot of cab companies here in Phoenix but the best I've found is Speedy Taxi. They are a small company that I find to be much more reliable then some of the larger companies and they have very friendly drivers. If your needing a ride give them a try :)
