I love the aluminum flashlights! Everyone else loves them too!

My favorite product from these guys is definitely the Tool Pens! I just received another order of them today! I've been buying from the same sales rep for about 6 years. He calls me every few months to let me know about new products they have and what he can get me a good deal on.. and he's fun to talk to. We've done cups, calenders, flashlights, even these big giant pens. But I really love the tool pens. Everything they send me is a big hit with my customers. It's inexpensive, my customers appreciate it, and we've even gotten some referrals with these. It's a Win Win!

I received a call from a sales person with a tacky sales pitch. I appreciate this line of work as know it isn't easy . After telling him that we aren't using promo products right now, he hung up on me. If you want people on the other end to be polite & respectful, you need to teach your sales people the same phone skills!! I woule NEVER do business with this company for this reason alone.
