I absolutely Love this company. My company has utilized Southwest for a few years now & they never disappoint. Cliff is my point of contact over there. While I've never met him in person I've exchanged many calls and emails over the past few years & never met anyone more helpful. He always has the nicest demeanor & goes above & beyond to help us out. We are an emergency company & aren't always able give much notice. Cliff works with me and Always delivers. I wouldn't ever think of giving my business to another place. The great prices don't hurt either:)
I would NEVER work with this company again. HORRIBLE customer service. Lack of any organization, and shady billing practices. I asked to speak to my salesperson who lied to me, but of course, that person no longer worked there.
This company is no good. Spoke with a rude woman on the phone again today. STAY AWAY!!!
i called there today thinking i owed money after i returned my box. i spoke with a gentleman named derreck who informesd me that i had overpaid and he would refund my difference. its nice to know that there are still honest companies and people out there. i would use them again!
I've been doing business with this company for years, and they always take good care of me. From Molly in Sales, to Derek in Billing, they always take care of my needs.

I work in the emergency restoration business & often things come with quite short notice & rush. Cliff has ALWAYS helped us out and been there to assist us. I know I can count on this company and that is very reassuring when things can be so hectic. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Great rates also!
I got a storage container from this company last year and recently returned it. Their service is a hit or miss. It was delivered on time, but not picked up on time. Their customer service is a hit or miss also. I have spoken to a few very nice & polite people there, (Carol and Derrick, to name a few), and a few others who weren't so nice, (Jim and Dan i believe). Overall, I would use them again if I needed to and just pay online.
This Companies owner sent out leaking conatiners to a customer and it ruined thousands in funriture and items. The owner refused to compensate the customer and the customer had to sue and win to get reimbursed! This is only one of many times the owner of the company behaves in this greedy and unethical fashion!
These people really know what they are doing. Delivered on time, picked up on time. I would recommend them to everyone.
i recently was shopping to rent a storage container while doing a home remodel. After several calls I contacted SW Mobile Storage as was pleasantly surprised to get such fast friendly service, I dealt with Cliff and the next day had a nice clean container brough to my home. I will recommend this company to friends and family. Great Service
I had been with this company for a couple of years and just can't believe how some of their people treat their customers. I spoke with a supposed Mgr named Jim, and he is the rudest person ever. He sounds like your typical aging, baby boomer moron. Don't get late on your bill 1 time, or this fool will be calling and harrasing you. I don't think I'll use them again because of how he treats people.
I rented a container from southwest for more than 2 years and would never do business with southwest again. From unauthorized charges they refuse to remove from my account to being 5 days late to pickup the container, I really hate these people.
If you plan on renting long term be aware that you will be paying an extra month by the end of the year since they bill you every 28 days.
This company is the best...finally someone who does what they promise. I ordered a storage unit and it was delivered when they said, at a great price. I would recommend to anyone.
