I'm not big on Specialized or Trek type dealers. From my experience these types of bike shops are narrow minded and pretentious. Bicycle Hause and Landis are two that come to mind. However, SMC does a great job of providing super firendly and open minded service. Yeah, they sell the Specialized stuff but they don't act like it's the best stuff money can buy. They understand the limitations of Specialized products and don't try to BS you. They also offer boutique brands like Pivot as well. SMC is a high end shop with a down to earth attitude. That's realy refreshing. I am super critical of most bike shops and I am pleasantly surprised every time I go into SMC. Although I live 20 miles from them I still go out of my way to stop by at least once a month. It is a really great shop.

Has good brands at high prices, never take your bike for service here. If you want to buy a Specialized go to Bicycle Haus, better prices, staff is actually knowledgeable about the bikes and treat you like a person. For Scott go to Tribe, way better prices and you get tune ups for life, not to mention the staff are very knowledgeable and super helpful.
