This is the best smoke shop in Phoenix!!!! He knows customers by there names. The cleanest smoke shop in town no bugs no dirt no cob webs!!!! His wife and him are always kind and in great moods!!!! Janelle you don't know what you are talking about such lies you preach!!! It is fine that you never go in again more for us! Sorry Janelle you need to get a life!!! The prices there are the best in all of Phoenix!!!

The worst smoke shop (worst any kind of shop)EVER!! BY FAR!!!���� The owner was rude, shallow, disrespectful, and does not deserve to have a business in this country. Very prejudice and outright mean. He acted as if he owned the customers, not the store. I went there because I had a coupon. I would rather pay twice as much somewhere else than ever step foot in that smelly place again. The store was dirty, smelly, and there were dead bugs on the floor behind the counter next to the drink cooler, and even a spider web on a hooka that was on the shelf. Yuk!

The owner is very self righteous. He thinks that his business never makes a mistake..When trying to resolve a mistake his wife made on a debit transaction he claims that it didn't happen he would rather keep money that doesn't belong to him from a single mother which was all that single mother had...

Careful with debit and credit pos u don't get to enter and confirm transaction amount so if clerk does it for you and enters higher amount than she says and they partial preauthorize they decline the diiference return the pre authorization it takes days even a week for that to return it to your card....Other than that good service hot lotto machines tickets winners cheap prices i get a $7 good stufff bag and $3 zen 100 mm tubes it lasts 6 days for two people (wife) use cash not their card

Very friendly people & great prices on cigarettes compared to anywhere else, they don't know me but I have referred many people to them
