BUYER BEWARE!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL with this company. Scott Schirmer, the broker, for SMDI Company takes advantage of his his tenants. Heidi Summers is the b word. We have written in our lease (that we renewed for another 3 years) for new paint and carpet (Jan 1st 2014), it is now end of April, I have been fighting these entire 4 months for him to fulfill his lease agreement with me. and his sidekick, Heidi Summers, she is very difficult to deal with. HORRIBLE COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!!
