James was fantastic. Kept his appointment with me at home and notified me as he got closer to my house. Very personable and informative. He quickly repaired my IGT machine explaining every step along the way. He has a lot of knowledge about these machines and quick to provide helpful info. I fully recommend him and his services!

I really can't rate this company because I can't get the owner to answer my calls! I have called his number at least 25 times since January and have never gotten a response. I don't know if he is still in business or just not returning phone calls. His voice message says he will return all calls asap. If he is no longer in business he should change his message..

James did a fast and complete repair of all 5 slot machines! I was very impressed with the knowledge he shared to keep the slots running properly (many repairmen would rather have them break down again so they get another call). Would definitely recommend him to do your slot repairs!

I must say, it was a very pleasant experience. Finding a reputable person for a technical slot machine repair is at best taxing and time-consuming: therefore, in my experience, having a knowledgeable and honest sales representative is indeed rare. Having the extra bonus of feeling a personal bond with this individual is even more unique. The quality of work is excellent, his attention to detail is superb. James came out as scheduled. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He worked on my 3 IGT slots, replacing bad chips, batteries, bulbs, and even soldering a loose wire he found on the coin acceptor. All 3 are functioning now. All along explaining what he was doing and showing me tips and tricks to keep them running. Will definitely recommend to others.

Contacted Slots Etc for repairs to my machines. James was on time and explained everything he would do to repair the slots. He worked non-stop and in no time had both machines working like new. The price was very fair. He took time to show me everything he did for future repairs by me if needed. Glad I called him first. Thank you. Will use every time I need repairs.
