STAY AWAY!! Kind enough managers, but the studios are roach infested!! Your neighbors will be loud-mouthed alcoholics and/or prostitutes being pimped out

of their rooms. Security is tight - expect to wait a while to get in and out of the place, as the guards are the only ones able to actually open the gates. Washing is cheap, just be sure to soak your clothes good before using. There are MUCH cheaper alternatives, even renting a room out of a house (like I have) can be cheaper, even if utilities are not included. But many offer free utilities, so keep looking. Bad area as well, always asked for change when using businesses nearby. Good luck!
