My Lexus looks brand new. Scott�s Coach Works provided outstanding customer service making it easy to drop off and pick up. The quality of the work done was top notch. I could not be more pleased and have already referred others to them should they ever need their vehicle repaired from an accident. Ron Carsten was very professional from begining to end. Thanks for everything!

I had my classic Mercedes repaired here a year ago. The paint match was great but the quality of the job was poor. The frustrating part of the many returns to have the door re-fitted was the attitude and the idea that the reason the drivers side door wouldn't close correctly is because the seal is new and it will take 4 months to close correctly. It is a year later and the door still does not close right. I finally gave up and so did the insurance company. If I want the car to be correct, I will have to take it to another body shop and pay out of my pocket. Not what I expected from what is supposed to be a high end body shop. I do not recommend this shop to ANYONE.Sid

Unfortunatley I have had to have my Lexus in to Scotts Coach Works three times and I have been very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the entire staff. The first time my car (2 days old) had been hit by a pickup and when I got the car back you couldn't tell it had been in an accident. The other times were due to scratches on the bumper and again you could not tell the car had been damaged.



Every time it looks new. Regardless of the amount of damage they treat you like a very valuable customer and so long as my car keeps getting damaged I will take it back to Scotts.
