i was haveing a family get together for playoffs this week end at my house. Channel 10 was not on. what a wast of planning, time and money. many times internet does not work here at asu poly campus. we use for school, work and research. my son lost points at school do to lost network. unacceptable, unreliable service.

I do website management & development for my sister’s business and have used SMS for hosting services for many, many years. They always do such an awesome job. So when my workplace was looking into web mail and web hosting, I wanted and recommended SMS. We’ve now been with them for years. We did move our web hosting to another provider for a time, but that was HUGE mistake, no one can provide the expertise and service that SMS does. I see very few problems, and when any issues do come up, they are usually minor, and SMS resolves them almost immediately. A couple years ago we even expanded our relationship with web design. Wow! So great to work with! They listened to what we wanted and designed accordingly. They were extremely professional, friendly and understanding, with great creativity and response. From the design team, to sales, to IT, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
