Moved here due to ratings and decent area in Late December 2014. One of the few places that does not honor military, no big deal, it happens. I got a good rate for an 11mo lease. They sent me a letter to renew and pay over $150 more in rent per month. Sheesh...really??!! In addition, I am trying to move out, in December of this year...since they have all of the power here they want to charge me over $250 dollars more in rent/month on a month to month....just because they can...seriously?!??! All these 'great' reviews are probably done by the management team...Super displeased at this point. I am just a peon and have no control here...thanks a lot for taking advantage of your customers who make you rich.

Pros: Maintenance is friendly and always fast/courteous.
Usually free cookies in lobby!
Staff is very friendly, though they don't typically go above and beyond, they do their jobs.

Cons: They had the parking lot re-done and was terrible quality. The tar did not cure properly and embedded itself into my tires.
Terrible Pet policy...So many breed restrictions. 25lb max!!! lol. And no pets under 12months old...ridiculous.

Appearance is decent. There were times when it looked pretty poor due to taking forever to complete some jobs. Discolored paint spots, concrete walkways coned off for fixing due to being un-level. Not a big deal, but thought I'd mention it.
