This company is terrible. Schedule a 4 hour window with me for delivery and never showed up or called. Finally showed up 2 weeks later after 8 non returned calls and brought the table base but lost the top of the table. Still no calls back. No idea why Wayfair would use such a non professional company for deliveries!

Recently, January 7, 2018 Rowley & Sons delivered a NECTAR Mattress to our house in Tempe Arizona. My wife and I had read all the negative reviews and expected the worse. I am happy to report we couldn't be any happier with the communication from Nectar, and Rowley and Sons. It arrived when they said it would, in the time window they said it would. The delivery crew couldn't have been nicer and more informative with regard to the delivery. They removed the old mattress without any issue of any kind. To sum it up if you are advised your NVC is Rowley&Sons in our opinion you are in good hands. Nothing to worry about.

i had a very valuable chest drawer sent to me from tupelo ms, this company delivered it to my home, they called me 3 days ahead to set up a time and then on the morning they were here early part of set up time bright and early and the guy that carried my chest drawer swooped up 15 concrete stairs with my piece like superman ... i was AMAZED then kindly brought the piece in my place had me to sign kindly said goodbye then left...needless to say my valuable chest drawer was in PERFECT TIP TOP condition ... im SOOOO happy with this companies High Quality customer service skills all the way around!
