My advice: If you can avoid renting from a Riverstone Residential property, do it. After renting from two different RR properties and speaking with Alicia Overstreet, i can officially warn all renters that you WILL be charged unnecessary cleaning charges when you move out. Apparently the expectation for you to pay for cleaned carpets and other minute details is in the lease agreement. If you do decide to work with this property management group in any capacity, please just be advised that their customer service and their business practices are quite sub-par. I have experienced way better, and I hope you can, also!

Terrible service and will try to hit you with unwarranted charges when you move out. According to them leaving your apartment in the same condition as it was when you moved in is not good enough to avoid cleaning charges

Riverstone sucks!! Look somewhere else. They don't care about residents and have horrible customer service. I tried contacting the supervisor Stephanie Baird and left 2 voicemails and 3 emails but got no response. That's customer service? In a 10 day period she couldn't even call ne back? I was 1 day late w rent which has never happened in almost 2 years. They took away the drop box which made me have to wait until the following day. The want everyone to pay online because it's easier for them then actually going to the bank. Unfortunately in my situation, that isn't an option for me. I was charged a $75 late fee and they even charged me tax on the fee! Is that even legal? I will be looking elsewhere...I pay over $1200 a month and for that I could rent a house

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!! Two times in 4 months our rent check or money order was stolen from the night drop. After raising concerns regarding their BS 5 day notices for non payment of rent after rent was paid, confronting them about bogus video survelance to detour theft, and just the unprofessionalism of the management staff in dealing with this matter they forwarded the situation to their attorney. The front desk staff is great though, but until effective management is put in place, anyone using the night drop is at risk for ID Theft if they use a personal check to pay their rent and it is stolen, i.e. account and routing numbers with personal info on check etc.
