Dreadful admissions and registration office personnel. It makes me think of the efficiency and friendliness of the worst DMV office. These people are inefficient and horribly rude. I was argued with, hung up on, patronized, given the runaround, disregarded, and they lost and found my records so many times I lost count. One of their star trolls is Liz, beware of this one. She will place you on hold faster than you can say a vowel and will keep you there until you give up waiting. Once you get through them, you might just like the rest. Sad that this college does not care for new student prospects.
