Was serviced by Arturo (+1 602-327-8735) to replace an air conditioner. Have never had such a bad service experience in my life. Arrived at 6:30 in the morning after saying "5 on Wednesday," took out the compressor, left for three hours because he forgot a ladder. After installation, no cold air is blowing through the vent, but he insists that it's installed correctly. Power goes out shortly after until the main breaker is reset. After running the unit for two hours its 92 degrees. He says he can't come until morning. The next day, he arrives about an hour and a half later than scheduled, and has forgotten to bring a ladder again. He and his crew leave large messes around the apartment, and are still unable to fix the unit. Unit is nonfunctional for five days, crew manages to put a sizeable hole in my bathroom ceiling and break the frame of the ceiling access, and now over a week later the hole remains and is leaking.
