STAY AWAY from this place. I purchased a groupon for their sixty minute massage, like it seems others on here have, and had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with their office. When they finally answered their phone, the receptionist was rude and they didn't have any appointments. After looking online, I tried setting up an appointment but was never contacted back. I ended up losing the groupon. A terrible experience from a poorly run company with extremely poor customer service. Try giving them a call before you book, and see if you can get them to answer...... 602-547-2639

Wow, I can't think of a worse experience that I have had with a business due to their lack of professionalism and service. If you are thinking about getting a groupon for this place, or setting an appointment, think again! I bought a groupon from them about 4 months ago. I have called time and time again, and can never get them to answer their phones. I finally went to their website to book a massage, and after doing so it says, "this appointment is not booked until we confirm it with you." I never heard back from them and then get a call the day of the appointment that I missed my appointment and they are going to mark my groupon as redeemed. What a joke. This was definitely a waste of money on a company that really does not value its customer. Before you buy anything from their website or groupon, go ahead and try giving them a call at 602-547-2639. This will validate what I am saying and show you a company that really places no value in customer service or respect.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased a massage through LivingSocial but now the company refuses to book the massage without giving them an additional credit card number. I've had shady companies charge me before even when they said it was just a card to keep on file. This is beyond shady.



I've paid you for a service and now you refuse to provide that service. Good riddance.
