Renco did our roof several years ago. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. To this day, there have been no issues and the roof still looks great!

Best Roofer

I had Renco,llc do my entire tile and flat roof. The price was fair, they completed the roof quickly, cleaned up better than my landscaper:). I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Renco.

Renco was hired by my HOA to repair my balcony. To date almost 8 months later they have not resolved many issues. I currently have a negative slope to my balcony and standing water when it rains. They did not re-install the drain. They were very sloppy in applying the surface, splashing on my windows and door frame. Renco sealed the door to my storage closet shut. They have not provided to me warranty or maintenance information. In addition, they were extremely poor at managing the project by not giving me proper notice, then leaving my balcony furniture out in the common lawn area. Renco charged the amount they estimated even though they did not perform all the work on the estimate.
