Getting my car back was surprisingly easy. Fair pricing, maybe a bit overpriced (but hey, everyone has to make money in life) and my car was in the same condition it was prior to getting towed. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and it was a fairly quick process.

This place is a joke and absolutely not decent people. I went to pick my car up today to only be told they lost my keys. After 2 hours of this, in between they couldn't get a hold of the supervisor, Danny says I didn't give the keys,but I asked to look through the keys.. hmmmm found my car remote but no key.. weirddddddd "cause I didn't leave them" 2 hours after my appt Danny rolls up blasting some jams, and suddenly they found d the key " in the gravel " .I asked Ricky,the supervisor for some sort of rectification for this but unfortunately there is nothing he can do. Danny, tough guy, didn't even have the decency to look at me and say maybe they sorry, my bad. Wouldn't even acknowledge me. If you ever have to go there be prepared to deal with some b.s. they wouldn't even give me the owners contact information, well I'm a nightmare and I will call and call until I get some one higher up than these lame people

This company will try to charge you more that you owe. Make sure you have your documentation from the finance company which has the fees in writing. they are infamous for price gouging.
