My samsung flat screen tv popped and shut off. A friend of mine referred me to RTE tv repair. The tech came out to my house and had it working again the same day for alot less than I could have replaced it for. Im glad i didnt throw it out. Good service.

My repair expierience was surprisingly pleasant. The repairman was on time and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and had the tv going in an hour and charged me exactly what the estimate was. The tv set looks as good as when it was new. I will recommend this shop to all my family. This is the only repair shop in the phoenix area that would help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Richard advised me to reset my direct tv box . In 2 minutes I am back in operation for free. No service call to push a button. I respect that kind of old school service.They have earned my business.

This guy is one of the very few repair people that would give me honest advice on whether to repair my samsung or buy a new one. Kudos for honesty.

I used this shop back in 1997 when they were at 51ave & Cactus. They did a very good repair on my old RCA big screen. When my 2 year old Samsung lcd flat screen failed I called them again and found that they had moved to 35 ave & Thunderbird. When I brought my tv in In I was glad to see the same guy still working there. He diagnosed my tv that day. It had two bad capacators in the power supply and I had my tv back the next day.I am not happy that my new tv only lasted 2 years, but Im glad that they were able to fix it cheap.

I am a repeat customer of RTE Electronics. I first used them about 4 years ago and was very satisfied. I had a problem with my one year old Mitsubishi TV just last Friday and took it to RTE Electronics for repair. They called back the same day with a very reasonable estimate and I approved it late Friday afternoon. They call within 2 hours and said it was done. I just picked it up and it works great. These guys have always been good to me. I will use them again. Same good people from 4 years ago and the same good honest service too! Very pleased here.

I took my TV in for a minor repair, they didn't contact me for 3months. I had to leave a voicemail that if they wouldn't call me back I'd have to take legal action. I got a call the next day, and told to pick it up. They claimed they couldn't fix the problem. I got home, and the thing wouldn't even power on anymore. they next called back. Considered small claims, but it wasn't worth it.
