Today I went into this lock shop with front door lock, mine and several employees keys were not working very well. The locksmith took my lock and worked his magic and now my key works. He also explained that the keys we have are getting bad due to duplication on duplicated keys. Also he says eventually I should get it relayed with brand new keys. And to ALWAYS duplicate from the original key for best results. I feel like I have found my locksmith who happens to have serviced the valley since 1987

I've done business here for years. Bought a safe, had locks worked on, even shade screens for my whole house. This time I call and get a rude guy that seamed more interested in getting me off the phone then helping me. NEVER AGAIN! I am taking my business somewhere else.
