We canceled the service and returned the devices and we are receiving bills monthly being charged for the devices. In September we called Prepass and spoke to billing, they claimed we had not returned the devices, however, when we mailed the devices we had tracking and sign, and after we gave them proof that they signed and received the devices on September 14th, they then disputed the charge for the devices, we paid the service fee and the cancellation went through with this final payment. Three moths later now we are still being billed for the devices. We called again and now they claim they did not receive the devices. We are tired of dealing with them, every time they put you on hold for over 45 minutes, non professional service, every person that answers the phone gives you different information. BE AWARE OF THIS SERVICE, SCAM!
