This company is uniquely amazing! The people that do the work are the owners. Daniel and Craig are knowledgeable, professional, perfectionists and super nice people! They keep their operating costs low and their customers get the benefit of very fair pricing! Of all of the contractors and service/repair businesses I've used for home or auto, Preferred Air is leaps and bounds the finest!!!

Today I have technician Craig Gusse check my Ac unit I was so amaze how professional and quick did the diagnostics I told him I will be calling back when my ac unit need replace he told me an honest answer. I just cant believe some other ac company wants to change my unit but Craig was honest that my unit is working still no need replacement Im so happy I called Preferred air all the reviews I read about this company was real Im extremely satisfied. I myself works for customer service If your honest to your customer they will spread words to the rest about you and your company so It made me feel happy that I do the same when I dealt with customer.I lm definitely keeping this ac company and spread word how good Preferred Air company is to other customer I meet.Keep up the good job Craig thank you so much for being honest.
