I went to Preferred Pain Center while suffering from severe chronic low back pain for years. I've had multiple treatments in the past from various providers, but nothing had ever worked. A coworker recommended Preferred after seeing Dr. Moore for a disc herniation and she's now pain free.On my first visit, I unexpectedly had to take my son. The staff gave him candy, played with him, and put on a movie for him. He loved it!I was treated on time and everyone there smiles! Dr. Moore evaluated me thoroughly, examined my x-rays, and gave me a tour of the office. He spent a lot of time with me going over a treatment plan. After 2 weeks of the rehab and spinal decompression, my pain was 50% better. So Preferred had me see one of their pain docs for an injection, which helped tremendously. My treatment continued for another 6 weeks and now my pain is gone! I can play with my son, my mood has improved dramatically, and I feel 10 years younger. Thank you Preferred!
