the worst customer service, rudest people work there, the so called 24 hour shuttle service is the biggest joke. they drivers only pick people that they know and will ignore everyone else. They are so friendly when they are selling you a slip but than they look away from you after, no eye contact, no smile, no manors . The boys that are suppose be there to handle lines look away from you when your docking, i have never been offered help by any of them! You can do better Lake pleasant!
