I am an out of state owner who has had PJ Hussey & Associates as my property manager for the last 5 years. We have developed a close working relationship and I am happy with their attention to my property. I recommend their property management company to anyone new to the Phoenix rental market.

Andrew handled a couple of short sales for us and did a wonderful job! The sales were difficult ones yet he was always professional and understanding of our situation. Thanks Andrew!!!

For the past 4 years Patti and Andrew have made a great team to help my wife and me with rental units in Phoenix. Although we have a lot of experience with rentals as we live in Canada it would be very inconvenient and inefficient for us to do the rentals in Phoenix ourselves. Patti and Andrew are helpful in getting our new units rental ready, they find good reliable tenants and they fix any problems that come up. We are very pleased with the service.

They send the reports when they say they will, they answer the phone in person, and if I have a question they are pretty quick to get back to me. Nothing fancy just good business.
