During a big storm at the lake, my Bimini top was torn. I thought I was going to need to buy a new one. I took it into Phoenix Tent and Awning. I talked to Jim who said there was no reason to buy a new one, he could fix it. For $60, it was like new with double stitching around the zippers. I was so impressed that I took my boat back in for them to make a custom Cockpit cover. They had it completely fitted with buttons and a support pole. It was a perfect fit.

Our tent had minor damage to the corner anchor points during a long niight in a 40 mph non-stop wind. I took my tent to Phoenix Tent and Awning to see if they could help. They did an excellent job of reinforcing the corners in much less time than they estimated. I couldn't be happier.

This is my second, less than stellar experience with Phoenix Tent and Awning. Not very customer friendly or helpful at all. Didn't show any kind of interest in solving my problem and when the sales person called back, he simply stated "the model was discontinued." When I called the manufacturer directly, they confirmed the model was infact discontinued but referred me to a website that did solve my specific problem. Kudos to EzUp direct but will purchase and do business for my tents elsewhere.

After having my dog chew up the brand new canvas wahl tent and wanting to beat him ~ took the tent into Phx tent hoping they would be able to fix it ~ just got it back and I could not believe what a wonderful job they did ~ the stitching was awesome and they even fixed the bottom rain flap ~ I would definitely recommend using them for fixing any sort of canvas
