called in from Flagstaff told them what I needed they said they were going to make it for me and give me a call I didn't hear from them for about 2 weeks then I call them and they said we never got the orderand if I wanted it it was going to be an additional 5 daysI ordered the same part 6 months earlier and it was only $70 then they tell me this time it's going to be almost 200 so I went to Home Depot and bought the same exact thing off of their shelf that I needed for 60I understand making a buck but why do you have to screw people in the process just beware if you use themI wish they had a minus 5 on here

The service at Phoenix Sheet Metal is fantastic. I am a contractor from Ohio and had a remodeling project in Phoenix that required a lot of advice and assistance. The staffs gave me excellent service, advice, and were the most helpful throughout the process. The staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with. The experience and service was great. These guys are very helpful & patient. I was obviously new to these kind of projects but they were awesome about explaining what needs to be done. I highly recommend them for custom projects and plan to be using them a lot more for in future. Thanks again!!

I started going to these guys 15 yrs. ago, and will not go anywhere else, they always have what I'm looking for. I'm just a do it-yourselfer, and the last project was replacing the condenser fan motor on my (old) ac unit. They took the time to explain the wiring to me, and I replaced it with no problems.

These guys are great. Friendly, great advice, super customer service.

After 17 years these guys have been able to handle any question, get any part, or make any sheet metal that I could think of. I have used them for complete hvac systems, custom duct and sheet metal work, register covers, air filters, ducting, and even system design. Yes they are wholesale to trade but also great with homeowners who don't really know what it is they need. Go there, you won't regret it!
