A good place to spend sometime doing some serious shooting and meeting other shooters while at the range. It is a good facility both pistol and rifle and being a member I prefer to shoot during the week, less people there and I prefer shooting with folks that shoot more frequently than just a weekend crowd. That is fine also but that is my preference. I have some very nice folks there while shooting and for $90 a yrs it is worth it to me. I don't enjoy shooting outdoors in the summer so much of my shooting is during the fall and into May.. Come out and check it out, there are more positives than negatives and I think you would enjoy spending the day having some fun..

I don't know what’s been going on at the South Mountain range, but in the course of six months,

the place looks like a dump. This was a well maintained range that was a pleasure to shoot on. I

used to be able to find the range master without any trouble, now days, it seams like there is no

one in charge. Guess I won’t be renewing my membership for 09.
