I wanted to take some time to thank the crew of Phoenix Engine for the amazing Windsor they built for me. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product! It was delayed a little bit but the owner informed me it because of some parts that were back ordered. Once I had the engine in my hands it still took me a couple of month for me to install it so it was no big deal. They took care of me when I called asking for just some questions on some parts that I needed. Overall I am so happy!!

And after it was installed as you have to expect with these things I had some minor issues which they communicated diligently with the professional mechanic who performed the installation. I bought a 350 for my trans am from these people... I am so glad i found them. this thing works as a dream. not a single problem what so ever. 4 years in now i will not hesitate to buy a much beefier engine for my truck when the time comes.

Had a great experience wityh these guys. I was restoring my '65 Ford F-100. I researched these guys, called them and was impressed by thier 40+ years of experience and knowledge. I had them build me a 302-331HP complete turn key engine. Check them out, they will impress you too.

I had since moved out of state and had some issues with my engine that I had to have a local mechanic fix for me. I contacted Randy and told him the problems and it being under warranty asked him to reimburse me for the repair. He immediately sent me a check for the amount of the repair and told me they had received a bad batch of parts and have since switched vendors. Since the last repair the motor runs like a dream, good job guys. Thanks again!

I would like to let everyone know how happy I am with the engine I got from these guys. Right off the bat I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I went with a Chevy 350-330HP, for my '69 Impala. With their expertise; all I had to do was drop that baby in! They also answered any questions I had after I got my engine going'. If you're looking fro a performance engine, give 'em a call.

I had been searching for shops in AZ to build an engine for my 1967 Mustang. It didn't help with a lot of the business either closed or going out of business. I was referred to Phoenix Engine from a good friend. Who stated they had 2 engines done by this shop within the last 6 years. So I called and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Randy. I let Randy know what type of car I had and what would be the best recommendation on a budget. I was sold Ford 302 - 331HP towards the end of October. In the past few months everyone has been very helpful from start to the finish of my engine, which was received a week after New Year's... I'm in the process of having it installed. Great engine, great guys. I live local, but looked all over the country when I wanted to upgrade the engine in my '67 Mustang. These guys had the best prices and rep. Then I went by one day - these guys know what they're doing. Great set-up, very professional AND friendly AND helpful. The engine is beautiful and runs like a champ! I highly recommend them!

I want to thank you for the suggestions you gave us and the expert work your company did for us in getting a 454 Chevy engine built up for our 1984 1 ton. You gave us prompt service and the quality and workmanship was very professional. I want you to know that one day after the engine was installed and running, we took the truck through emission testing and it passed with flying colors, all readings were extremely well below the limits. This letter is to express the outstanding job you performed on my 1974 Chevrolet truck. My 350 engine runs great! My father worked for Chrysler Corporation for many years and instilled in me the importance of finding a good engine rebuilder. I shopped for 6 months in the Valley for a company that would do a good job on my old failing engine, and when I finally found Phoenix Engine in the Christian Business Directory I knew I had found the right place. Randy talked intelligently about an engine and could hand craft an engine to my special needs. Thank you very much, your Christian business has set new standards in quality workmanship and price.

I find myself once again writing to thank you and your staff. Words cannot express the quality and expertise all of you possess when you work on an engine. You rebuilt the 454 engine in my 1981 Chevy 1-ton Dually - an excellent job! Two years later the truck was stolen, and due to insurance priorities it was delivered and worked on at a local Chevy dealer. When I received the truck back after 2 months, it ran terrible. I convinced my insurance agent to use Phoenix Engine for another evaluation. And after you and your staff worked on the engine it ran perfectly again.

Once a year I drop off my truck for a tune up. I have complete confidence in you and your staff. You will not and have not replaced parts that do not need it. This is very uncommon today. Your shop is very honest and you truly care about your customers.

I recently purchased a turnkey 330hp 302 sbf. Once installed it fired right up. Sounded great. Paired w a c4 w a 2000 stall convertor w 3.70 gears, my 3, 400# car runs (even tho a higher stall was recommend) No leaks, pings, knocks or any hesitation accellerating. No deiseling When shut down either.

Due to a leak in the head gasket, water got in the oil of my 1987 Chevy S10 and ruined the engine. I took the pickup to Phoenix Engine for an overhaul estimate. The overhaul took about 10 days and the final charges were extremely close to the original estimate. Phoenix Engine gave a 12,000 mile/12 month warranty on their work, with 4 to 5 checkups during this period. On each check they serviced my truck within 3 to 7 days after I called. I am very pleased with Phoenix Engine. My truck runs extremely well and I expect to get another 100,000 miles out of it. The personnel at Phoenix Engine are very friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.

A good mechanic is hard to find. I believe I found several when I first contacted Phoenix Engine. My custom 350 engine was more than a routine rebuilding of an engine, and it took a good while to rebuild and install. Obviously it also cost a substantial amount of money to build a custom motor. However in the end all the money and time proved to be well spent. I have power to spare. I recommend Phoenix Engine to anyone who is willing to spend some time and money in order to get a teriffic engine built by expert mechanics.

Phoenix Engine rebuilt the 200 cubic inch 6-cylinder Ford engine for my 1968 Ford Fairlane. After 87,000 miles on that motor I changed spark plugs and looking inside the cylinder at the cylinder wall, the cross-hatching was the same as the day it was built, showing expert and precision assembly.
