Phoenix Expert Locksmith did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. I found Phoenix Expert Locksmith via Online and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with Jacob several times while deciding on various options. Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Phoenix Expert Locksmith , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions. With the extra set of keys and paying in cash, came out to about $250. Felt the service was good, and more importantly, it was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others! Very pleased with my experience with Phoenix Expert Locksmith. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but Phoenix Expert Locksmith didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like?
