Arrived about 45 minutes late for a scheduled pick-up so had to reschedule the doctor's appointment for my mom. Had used them previously and service was OK but what set this one a part for which I can never use them again is the way the dispatcher handled the situation when I called them 10 minutes after scheduled time. First she told me the guy was on the way and would be there in 8 minutes (this turned out to be a lie). Then she threatened me with a outright cancel leaving my mom helpless if I complained about their scheduling problems. The guy arriving so late acted like it was no big deal expecting to do the transport. I told the guy I cannot work with a company where I am threatened by the employees. As far as the dispatcher is concerned, her professional attitude needs attention if she is going to act as the 'face' of the company. I hope she is not representative of the company as a whole as trying to blame the customer for their scheduling problems takes the cake. She needs customer service counseling.

Amazing service, I have been using this company for years and dial them whenever our patients need a ride. Would highly recommend.
