I'm so disgusted by this company I literally feel sick. Deserves so much less than one star that they shouldn't even be in business. The guy who answered the phone literally swore at me and hung up on me when I was inquiring about rentals. Despicable and incredibly disrespectful. I hope others read all of the rest of these terrible reviews for this company and don't waste your time like I did.

These guys are a joke. Worst car rental place ever. And the cars they rent out are a piece of crap. They try to overcharge you and they have no customer service what so ever. They are a ripoff. I will be contacting the BBB and Arizona Attorney General. This company needs to be shut down.
I'm serious when I say the cars they rent out are a death trap. DONT TRUST PHOENIX CAR RENTAL. THEY SUCK!!!!!!

One star is way too much for these people. Not only do they deserve to be put out of business, every single person who spoke in representation of this place should be in prison, They are thieves, plain and simple. They came and took the keys from the hands of a 58 year old man, including house key, and took the vehicle\leaving him stranded at a store, locked out of his home and to top it off, they took all of his belongings including his medications and his brother's medications and they refuse to give any of it back. They also kept a $400 cash deposit. When my son in law went in to see if he could get the stuff back, they man behind the counter said he's give him the meds for $180.00. Then denied ever having been paid a cash deposit. It should be noted that some of the medications kept were opiates that I'm quite sure the staff either took or sold or both. I even tried to call and they hung up on me repeatedly after trying (in vain) to insult me. THIEVES!!!!!

I give No Stars...this company over charges, and when you call to ask about your bill they give you the round around, putting you on hold multiple times, and are rude to you in the process.

rude people high rates crappie cars cheapskate paid nearly 800 dollars to them got back 29 dollars they don't explain anything can't read the receipt from them I will probably not ever use their service again
