The manager has terrible customer service. Investigating a gunshot noise from my child's bedroom is more appealing than giving hard earned money to a place that has Vinnie the Swampass as manager.The food was great and the atmosphere wasn't bad in terms of games.The manager, however, has no customer service skills. I can't imagine one feels very rewarded counting tickets and shucking pizzas all day but I still expect more from someone who gets paid to manage the work of others. I didn't catch his name but he's easily recognizable. He's a tall, greasy man who reminds me of a lumpy mafia underling that's starting life over thanks to snitching for the witness protection program. You know they give out nicknames based on physical attributes. Him having a constant case of swampass earned his monicker. The kind of person you would try to avoid eye contact with in the street for fear that he'd ask to borrow money. To summarize our experience: after the children in our party c

This pizza place is rather small compared to other locations. So it works best for smaller groups. The game department has several video games for kids enjoyment. There are also several games for younger kids. It does not have a slide jungle that are appearing in much larger places. So if you don't like large crowded area, this might be a good place to go for some delicious pizza.
