I'd give Advanced Auto more stars than 5 if I could. I have been taking all my vehicles here since they opened, because they have always taken great care of me. But this time, my wife's SUV had multiple problems, that weren't evident at first, just from the "Engine Warning" light coming on. It was a nightmare, from a blown head gasket, to a bad water pump, to utterly disintegrated catalytic converters (I blame Mazda/Ford for not having a better warning light and diagnostic system, but whatever). But Advanced Auto diligently found and resolved every last problem, and did more than I could have expected to help contain the repair cost. From where I live to where the Advanced Auto shop is, I drive past probably a dozen other shops that are closer, that I could take my family's cars to. I drive the extra distance to Advanced because they have proven over close to 20 years that it's well worth it for me to do so. Bob G.
