I have been going to Pep Boys for my oil changes for about two years now. I have always had a good experience until today. I tried a new location (I usually go to the one on Bell or McDowell), the one on Indian School. I had made an appointment this morning to bring my car in for an oil change this afternoon, but when I got there the guy at the counter said that they did not have time to do my car. When I told him I had an appointment he told me that he had no idea what I was talking about and that they never make appointments, which is a lie because I have made appointments at Pepboys plenty of times. Just beware of the lying employees.

Almost always have what I need, and as a mechanic, that's important.
