I came home to find one wall painted the wrong color and got attitude from one of the crew members for telling her to repaint it. When she did she missed a bunch of spots from the darker color underneath. I complained about holes not being repaired. Was told after they painted that they only repair golf ball size holes. The owner "repaired" 4 holes and didn't finish covering them or sand down whatever the material was that she used on the holes to even out the holes. Was told they would even out the surface of a wall using elastomeric and they used cheap sand in paint crap that did nothing. They put pain on my locks on my doors. I got more attitude from the crew after they did repaint the back wall because they "just wanted to be finished with this job." The owner denied that she had done anything wrong. They watered down the paint so much that the color was lightened so it wasn't the colors I had picked. Owner denied this. They painted my pool equipment, gas meter, and everything else. I wanted just the wall painted. I told her I wasn't going to pay her and she threatened legal stuff. I was trying to sell the house so couldn't take a chance that she might put a lien on the house. DON"T USE THEM. It cost me $485 to fix what they screwed up.
