CROOKS! My son and I bought a car from North Auto Sales for $6100 and right after we drove it off the lot, the right front of the car started putting off a burning smell, the car pulled sharply to the right, and the brakes felt soft and dangerous. We took the car to another dealership, and were told there were $5400 of urgent fixes needed to make the car safe to drive. The timing belt was about to crack, the motor mounts were collapsed, the struts were leaking, the alignment was burning through a tire, the car was overheating. I could go on. We asked for a refund based on the implied warranty law and the owner, Javier, refused. I've reported this dealership to the MVD dealership licensing board and the AZ attorney general. The BBB tried to involve North Auto Sales in a mediation to resolve these issues and they refused to participate. Once the mandatory fixes were made to make the car safe to drive, we spent $7045 in fixes and $6100 to purchase a car worth $4-5k. North Auto Sales has taken zero responsibility for this blatant rip off.

Don't do it. If you do get everything in writing.

This place has a good variety of cars, from luxury sedans to 4x4 jeep wranglers and trucks, they will do anything they can to approve you.

I loved Parientes auto sales they were super friendly and down to earth people. They made it such an easy process for me to buy my car. this was my 4th car that I had bought and by far the easiest one to deal with. So I highly recommend anyone to them as they will try everything to qualify you.
