I'm speaking for my daughter who went to pick up glasses and is watching people chatting away rather than take care of the customers. Dr. Rios is awesome! The rest of the staff is worthless

The Dr was extremely helpful, relaxed, and they have good equipment that makes exams less difficult. The Opticians (people that help with frames and lenses) were amazingly rude, didn't seem interested in helping at all. Best way to ruin a good business is with awful sales and support people...

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Rios and his staff for many years now. I have always found the staff to be some of the best trained professionals in there field. They are always caring to your needs while maintaining the priivacy of your visits.

Dr Rios has to be one fo the BEST in his field of optical care. He continues to keep up to date if not ahead in his profession. Always striving to keep update with the latest developments in optical care and technology While maintaining some of the old standards of Doctor Patient relationships, treating each patient with professional care and knowledge and treating each patient as if he knows each of them personally.

I could not and would not ever consider leaving the care of Dr. Rios and his staff
