The items that was sold to me were miss represented. I was told that the SS coffee cups were vacuum insulated and were just like the ones that Starbucks sell. NOT even close! They are not even insulated and do not stay hot very long,

They call me every day as I asked them not to call just to bust my chop. Real dirt bags. when they call back they swear at us and threatened us.

Very pushy sales consultant. When I finally told him I could get the same product for a lot less from another national competitor, he told me "You know (they) fund ISIS, right?" and hung up on me. Not very professional at all.

They are the worst! I would not buy anything from them. They tell a stupid joke and then get mad when you don't buy something.

i asolutely agree he doesnt deserve any star....the guy who always calls with the "bad Jokes" story, probabaly he`s the owner and the only one in this absolutely low grade "business"..everytime calls and tries hard to get something but today was absolutely out of his mind.. when i told him i`m not interested, probably because of my name, (Alin, Romanian name) he told me before he hang up on me "Allahu Akbar Mother#*cker" i looked on the website too, what a joke, its like my 5 years old nephew didi it...

Received a call from them, they asked for the owner when they were told she was not available they hung up on me. This has happened more than once! Very rude!

Had a sales man call me today from there. Asked if he could tell me joke and used so much foul language that I ended up hanging up on him. Not the first time they have called was considering doing business but after this there is no way I will ever consider it.

They shouldn't have ANY stars !!! They are VERY VERY rude. A guy called the store where I am the GM and asked if the owner was here and I said no but before I could get another word out the guy just hung up on me. No thank you, no nothing. HORRIBLE way to conduct business !!!!

One star is too many. They are extremely rude and pushy. I have kindly asked them to remove me from their call list honestly a dozen times. They use vulgar jokes and sales traps. Do NOT buy from them.

VERY PUSHY and rude! Check out the google reviews, all say do not buy here. Don't fall for their traps and schemes. I don't get how they're still in business.
