We contracted with PapaDee's Construction to build a custom home in 2014. It is now 2016 and it is not finished. We asked to see the books which is our right pursuant to the contract and that has not been granted. We asked for copies of the Sub Contractors Contract, Bids and Licenses. We have been given one Contract. Meeting with the one Sub Contractor he said he did not sign the contract that was provided to us and he produced another contract with different pricing. Again we asked to see the financial records, did not happen. Have hundreds of supporting email and photos if you want to review the project while making your decision. We have questions that are not getting answered. Do your do diligence, I looked on the internet and did not find anything. Check the ROC for complaints and did not find any. Now I have a better understanding how Contractors can keep Complaints from appearing on the public record, after having filed a complaint with the ROC.
