I called the office over the phone to ask if Dr. Scott could clear me to go back to work (I have a back injury with an open worker's comp claim) over the phone because I was feeling better, but be stated he needed to see me in his office before he could clear me. I waited for 2 more weeks until I could get in to see him. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment, although the receptionist Perla said I was 11 minutes late and very rudely told me that he could no longer see me because he has a 10 minute policy and he already was seeing the next patient. I asked if appointment times were only 10 minutes long, and she stated that they are 20 minutes, so I asked for the remaining 9 minutes of my appointment after he was done seeing that patient since he saw them early. That was turned down and they offered to reschedule. Dr. Scott told Perla I could go back and get cleared by occ health. Why then did he lie over the phone and tell me I had to be cleared in person?? I drove 30 miles for nothing
